Alités Financial was founded by Stella Adriaanse and Niall Gahan, incorporating over 30 years of executive financial and tax expertise that the founders acquired through their involvement in establishing several businesses, managing small and medium companies as well as working at SARS. This combined expertise has been honed to take the speific needs that small and medium businesses have.

Alités Finacial operates on the model of appointing a Client Relationship manager to own the relationship with a specific client. Where necessary, the client relationship manager can draw on a combination of in-house expertise and back-up. Where additional expertise is required, Alites Financial has developed a panel of experts rannging from Labour Lawyers, asset managers to embloyee benefit consultants.
